Booking & Retainer

A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding. Your date is not considered officially reserved until the retainer has been received.

Song Selections

Final ceremony song selections are due 30 days before the wedding so everything can be properly prepared and coordinated.

Custom Song Requests

Custom songs included with a package, or purchased as an add-on, must be submitted at least 45 days before the wedding to allow adequate preparation and rehearsal time. Additional custom songs are $50 each.

Wedding Rehearsal

Rehearsal attendance is available as an add-on for $125 and must be arranged in advance.

Ceremony Timing & Delays

Performance availability begins approximately 45 minutes before the scheduled ceremony for setup and sound check and extends through 30 minutes after the scheduled ceremony end time. Significant delays outside the agreed schedule may require an additional waiting fee.

Outdoor Weddings

For outdoor ceremonies, a covered and protected performance area must be provided to protect sound equipment from rain, excessive heat, and other weather conditions.

Travel

Travel within the local service area is included. Weddings outside the local area may require an additional travel fee, which will be discussed before booking.

Cancellation

The 25% booking retainer is non-refundable because the wedding date has been reserved specifically for the couple. Any additional cancellation terms should be included in the booking agreement.

Changes & Communication

Any changes to the ceremony timeline, location, song selections, or other performance details should be communicated as early as possible. Significant last-minute changes may not always be possible.

Equipment & Setup

Professional sound equipment and accompaniment tracks are provided as needed. Adequate access to the performance area and reasonable setup time must be available before the ceremony.
