Reservations

Performance dates are confirmed once the date, time, location, performance length, and agreed rate have been confirmed in writing by both parties. No retainer is currently required.

Payment

Payment is due on the day of the performance, unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in advance. Accepted payment methods can be discussed when booking.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations made within 7 days of the performance may affect future booking availability.

Performer Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Sonya must cancel due to illness, emergency, severe weather, or another circumstance beyond her control, the client will be notified as soon as possible and every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule.

Weather & Outdoor Events

For outdoor performances, the client is responsible for providing a safe, covered performance area and access to electricity when required. Performances may be delayed, relocated, shortened, or canceled if weather conditions create a safety risk for the performer or equipment.

Performance Times & Breaks

Longer performances may include reasonable breaks. Performance schedules and break timing can be coordinated with the venue or event organizer in advance.

Sound & Equipment

Sonya can provide her own professional sound equipment for most performances. If venue-provided sound or a sound technician will be used, those arrangements should be discussed before the event.
